The process was very smooth, Dennis's attention to detail us up there with the very best of tailors in the city, and his shirts truly are customizable. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the store itself was very clean, and best of all was the turnaround time, which was relatively quick. After having my shirts refitted, you can from first touch that quality is there. Got home, put them on and all I can say is, "WOW!"
